Room was very cleaned, somewhat outdated The shower curtain did have mold spots- which was slightly disgusting The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the pool was nice and the area was clean

2 stars mostly because our room opened when you pushed the door, you didn’t need the key, and we had some arguing over getting extra towels, and having 5 people in our room even though we reserved with two adults and 3 kids

Honcho Tortilla

If you like noisy places to stay this is the place I don’t mean from the outside either Room above me was up damn near all night for the two nights I stayed stomping and slamming drawers it sounded like they were moving furniture at times

You can even hear them talk but not enough to make out what they say I could hear people in the room next to me as well, they had kids, yay more noise Must be no insulation or sound proofing at all Other then that I have no complaints Will never recommend or stay there again

Jessie Gander

My husband and I decided to stop off after a long road trip, and stopped at the best Western for the night The staff that was there, Tyler on third shift was amazing! The check in process was smooth and easy, and he was great to talk to The breakfast was great, and the first shift girl Trish did an amazing job checking us out, and making sure we were ready to hit the road! Would recommend to anyone in the area to stop in and stay at the best western!!!

Enjoyed this property very much Starting with high level of service at the front desk Thank you Eleanor 😊 The pool & hot were very enjoyable

The pool area is very well done and the hot 🔥 tub nestled in the corner in an atrium style So relaxing The upkeep and cleanliness of property was refreshing My room was large comfortable and clean my new go to when in area

Rose Kelly

Stayed at this hotel with my husband and 2 younger children We stayed in a king suite and my kids enjoyed the giant jet tub The pool was smaller and shallow enough for even my youngest to fully enjoy, which was great! The hot tub area is beautiful as is the waterfall and seating area in the back of the hotel

This was one of the prettiest hotels we’ve stayed at The only issue we had was with the front desk staff initially assuming we would be having some kind of loud party (negatively judging us based on our appearance), but once we established we weren’t throwing a major rager the staff was courteous and attentive

Marcia Stowers

I just stayed here for a two day stay and I did not expect my stay to be this awesome This place is beautiful gives you resort vibes beautiful patio pool jacuzzi area Me and my two children only intended staying one night

After seeing how amazing it was I booked another night The staff was super friendly and welcoming always greeting and my children walking in and out!

We had such a fun and amazing experience!! Ricky was very quick to get us seated at our table Taylor was an amazing server and was very attentive Helen made the best cocktails and suggestions (even for my very picky guests)

Overall food and dining was terrific! The Cigar lounge was very relaxing and Dillon was very helpful in suggesting pairings for the drinks we had Overall a wonderful visit and we are already starting to plan more outings!

Breanna Unger

My cousin had her wedding here and it was a wonderful experience The staff was friendly and helpful, and they seriously had top tier bar tenders assigned to our event The decor is elegant and tasteful, plenty of great photo ops

It’s a little pricier if you’re just staying the night ($350 for a King bed, after the wedding block discount) However, with that fee, you get access to a ton of cool amenities Unfortunately for us, we didn’t have time to check any of them out We were impressed enough by our experience that we are talking about coming back for a weekend to actually hang out and explore the amenities!

Lora Gilpin

My client recommended the resort and we are so glad we visitedWhen we arrived our room was not ready the staff allowed us to use the pools while we waited

Rooms were nice and roomy Breakfast is standard Staff was very nice

Property is kept nice Walls and floors very thin so you can hear everything People sound like they are stomping all the time and you can clearly hear others conversations and TVs Water pressure was terrible in the shower Over all very nice place but can get noisy with the very thin walls

Clint Wimer

They canceled my room after midnight and left me searching for a place after driving 14 hours When I called the hotel, the guy actually thought it was funnyThey did text me 30 minutes ahead of time to let me know, but never called me

It’s obvious that all guests are traveling some distance, or they wouldn’t need a hotel in the first place Makes you wonder why they would only text and expect you to look at your phone or answer texts while driving I am a diamond member and I stay at this hotel weeklyVery disappointing

Ruben Michelson

Room wasn’t bad, with that saidI didn’t have any bathroom amenitiesShower gel dispenser was empty and body was dispenser lid was on loose

Firt day shower wasn’t working correctly, couldn’t regulate water temperature By the second day water wouldn’t turn on, called front desk and they offered my to take a shower at another room but to EXCUSE THE SMELLHorrible experience DONT STAY HERE

It’s a decent hotel Continental breakfast is pretty good, rooms are clean although carpet is starting to look a little worn and dingy There’s a Giant Eagle grocery store down the road about a mile that is awesome, but not a big selection of restaurants in the vicinity

Niles is roughly 7 miles away and a has a bunch of options No on-site laundry, which is inconvenient for me because I work extended periods on the road Water will occasionally have an odor, but I noticed that at a different hotel in the area before

Kelly A

A friend and I were in town for a country concert We checked in Saturday around 3:00 pm

, the lady at the front desk was very helpful and informative She gave us advice about the venue that we were visiting later that evening I didn’t catch her name unfortunately From the time we checked in to the time we checked out the staff was more than helpful and accommodating They went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable The continental breakfast on Sunday was excellent I would definitely recommend this location

Doug Knight

When we checked in, two of the three rooms that I reserved was not cleaned from previous occupants The room I reserved was for family, and they provided room check in on different floors I had to specifically request rooms be on the same floor

Also, we had no hot water both mornings of my family’s stay The hot breakfast was the highlight of my family’s stay as well as access to pool for my kids

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last three weeks The service is good with a friendly staff The cleanliness is good

The condition of the rooms is good compared to most Hampton Inns One criticism would be to improve the breakfast On both visits the food was between room temperature and lukewarm The coffee needed refreshed at 7:30 am etc all in all a good stay

Matt Rickey

We booked this hotel for our wedding roughly 6 months in advance while COVID was at its peak We requested a block of 20 rooms for our guest, but the area director would only provide 10 at first, then open up 5 at a time based off of availability which we had no issues with

Until they went completely back on their word and left guest with room rates 3 times the price we were originally quoted, and this was all well before our contractual cut off dateWe had all family members and close guest book their rooms ASAP so we could assure family received the best rate and to get the 5 additional rooms allowed to our group as soon as possibleUnfortunately, we were never told when the 10th room was booked or if additional rooms were allotted for our group until guest started to ask us why rooms were $300/night (embarrassing that we heard it from guest and not the managementt) when the guest were booking weeks before the cut off date noted in the invitationUpon calling Alyse, who is the director for the Theraldsom Hospitality Group over several locations in the area and our main contact we worked with the 6 months prior, she noted that the hotel did have availability (sigh of relief), but she stated that she would not open up anymore rooms for our hotel block (left me in disbelief) I asked why and she rudely stated “Because it’s my decisions and I don’t want to” Luckily I had my wife, and several people in the vehicle who witnessed the lack of professionalism, so I followed up with an email recapping our discussion and she abruptly called me a liar I also requested to speak with her superior and she stated “No, I’m the director and it’s my decision”I would check the area and avoid working with Alyse or the Theraldsom Hospitality Group, who oversees many hotels near the mall I strictly chose this hotel due to my 6 year commitment as a diamond member with Hilton, but due to Alyse and the Theraldsom Hospitality Group, I will be escalating this to Hilton to assure they understand how their 3rd party owners value their loyalist customersOutside of Alyse, the front desk workers were a joy, and they let our group enjoy our wedding evening on their patio which was nice and much appreciated!-Matt

This little Super 8 Motel is a gem! It is easily accessible to the main roads and was perfect for our purpose and reasonably priced The room was clean and had no nasty smell The beds are very firm, but the pillows are soft

The staff we met were very nice The woman who checked us in was a kind person and took one look at us after our hard day and changed our room from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor without even asking She didn’t want us to have to walk up the stairs (and we didn’t want to either)! There are two reasons I gave four out of five stars First is that the hallway for the non-smoking rooms still had a lingering smoke smell which was unpleasant but not unbearable If someone had a smoke sensitivity it might be a problem The other reason that I gave 4 stars is because the continental breakfast was limited I expected there to be fresh fruit but I didn’t see any They did have bagels and cream cheese, packets of instant oatmeal, packaged peanut butter crackers and Ho-ho’s in the pastry section, yogurt and pudding cups in the fridge and the coffee was goodStill, all things considered, we would stay here again!

Filthy walls, nasty looking toilet, owner I think (Indian guy) is very condescending, the entire building reeked of Marijuana, window on first floor didn’t lock, huge spider in shower, everything seemed to have a layer of grease on it

everything Trash cans outside rarely emptied and overflowingJust overall gross Only good thing was Patti at the front desk was amazingHighly recommend a park bench over this smelly greasy dump

Ahmed Saad

Motel is okRooms are actually niceHallways smell like cigarettes and floor dirtyEmployees quite nice and helpfulGood place to rest for a night or 2 while on the road

This was such a smooth stay! My family and I were treated well by the staff members They were friendly and accommodating! We enjoyed the pool (it was heated and warm!), complimentary breakfast, and the room was great! (The coffee was fresh and good!)Thank you, we will be back if we travel this way again This will be our go to place!

Simple check in! Simple check out! One of the better hilton breakfasts I’ve had in my visits cross country Not too much of a selection but the eggs were perfectly cooked and bacon for days I especially liked the banana bread waffle mix which provided a sweeter and more tasty waffle mix than what hotels usually offer for their complimentary breakfast

Coffee was free flowing and tasty, (not burnt!) Pet friendly hotel with very friendly staff It’s exactly what you’d expect from a Hampton inn

Sherri Toelke

Rooms were clean, temperature control was very steady, water was not highly chlorinated :), check-in staff was very polite and helpful No major complaints, just a little more pricey than average and nothing to really set it apart Only 2 minor complaints would be the water pressure was just okay and the walls are either a little thin or there was some little kid screeching in the halls for about 20 minutes at 7:30 AM, which was early given our late arrival

Booked a room with 2 beds and a sleeper sofa early Friday for a late-night arrival through Booking-dot-com Room was approved and paid for Called later to verify check-in time

Arrived at 11:30PM after driving 7 hours with two minor children and my disabled wife I was told that Booking-dot-com “overbooked” it We had to scramble to find a room nearby at midnight and ended up at the Motel 6 next door Payment and fees were refunded, but will take “at least 7 business days to process”, putting us down $200 400+ miles from home Comfort Suites was absolutely no help, unwilling to grant a partial refund, and left us to fend for ourselves Did Booking-dot-com overbook? Did Comfort Suites give it away? We’ll never know Worst experience ever from all sides

Amber S

First off there is a $50 charge incase of damage added to your cost It is credited back to you after checking out within I believe it was 7-10 days The lady that checked us in made a point to tell everyone she checked in prior to them paying

Room was real clean Smelled fine (no off smell)Towels, blankets were cleanBed was firm however that didn’t ruin my sleep Kiddo said his sleep was amazing HahaShower is a little strange, no sliding door so the floor gets wet or the bath mat However, the water temperature was nice and hotThe pool was open Water was a bit cloudyBut nonetheless clean

kaleen leray

My fiancé and I booked a suite at the Youngstown location Staff was very friendly when we checked in Our room was clean, smelled good, except for the hot tub

Not only did it have hair stuck to the drains, the jets wouldn’t turn on at all We reached out to the front desk and they stated they would reset the breaker After over two hours of trying to get it working and the front desk saying maintenance wasn’t in they told us to speak with management the next day to see what could be done When we checked out, management wasn’t in We have reached out multiple times and have left messages with no calls back For the price of that room on a weekend, you would think they would want to make things right Not sure if we will stay there again, even though it is a very nice hotel

What a hidden treasure for a stop on a long road trip The front interior looks a little scattered but the rooms were really nice and clean And that shower! Oh my, if you are tired and just want a great powerful shower stop here

Other things that were nice was a comfortable bed with nice pillowsMichael who greeted me and checked us in was awesome and Debbie in the breakfast nook felt like we woke up at a friend’s houseI would definitely stop here againThere is a little paintwork that needs to be done but I could say the same thing about my own house Nice job all around!!!

Don Hager

I stayed over a recent Friday and Saturday nights I was pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and my room I was ecstatic at the lack of stale cigarette smoke smell anywhere on the property, including my room

Non-smoking room was REALLY non-smoking, which for me is a HUGE plus Although this hotel seems to be in the middle of nowhere, the pretty town of Newton Falls is just a few minutes away and has all the amenities, restaurants and fast food you might need, and the hotel provided a nice map with all the above locations shown to make it easy to find

Michele Benn

The hallway and ultimately infiltrating into my room, either smelled like cigarettes or weed my entire stay The bed was definitely a taco bed The shower dripped all night; could never be shut off

The parking lot driveway was filled with treacherous potholes Pretty much everything, with the exception of the company I was with, really sucked

Our stay was unexpected as we were delivering a load down the street We found this hotel by googlingUpon entering the immaculate public areas the decor was welcoming, inviting and comforting

The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and accomodating – as we had to be able to park our bobtail semi truck The room was well decorated, clean, and the beds were comfortable Watching TV afforded multiple choices as some on demand content was includedand continued with the pleasant decor theme Breakfast was included and offered eggs, sausage patties, bagrls, cereal, an automatic pancake conveyor machine, cereal, along with a plethora of cold itemsWe would definitely recommend staying here

Robert P

Im 66 years old and this is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Room was immaculate and 100 percent odor free as was the entire hotelThe free breakfast bar was outstanding

It had plenty of everything you would ever want to eat to start your day I would give it a value of at least $15, if not more

First name

Worst place I ever stayed Room service forgot coffee and towels No Wi-Fi

Broken TV remote Broken window hanging off it’s hinges behind the curtain Shower only dribbled water which didn’t actually matter because shower curtain was not waterproof Last maintenance visit to room left his tools on top of the toilet Could not check in at front desk for 10 minutes as day manager was training a young man on the computer and told me to wait No one else was in the lobby Managers smoked frequently at the entrance of the hotel were guests entered and exited Back door to parking was often left locked and keys did not work Especially at night Run – do not walk – to any other hotel in Warren Holiday Inn was spectacular… Which is where I stayed on my next visit Breakfast buffet absolutely outstanding Room was perfect

This is an exceptional hotel in my opinion My room on the first floor near the door was in a quiet location The room was spacious and cheery

There were various types of pillows on the bed so I was able to select one that suited me the best Although I had to search for the microwave and refrigerator because the desk clerk didn’t tell me anything and there was no directions in the room I finally found it in a cupboard low to the floor Elderly person or one with disabilities might have a hard time operating the microwave since it is so low to the floor I like the fact that the hair dryer was in a bag on a hook behind the door rather than mounted on the wall The shower was quite spacious with glass doors There was a seat to use while showering if necessary The room even had an ironing board and iron which I used I would definitely come back to this hotel over other ones in the area

Victor C Martin

We always check the room before we settle in Checked the bed, their was a blood stain on the sheet! Called the front desk, they sent more sheets and pillow cases to the room Handed them to my wife, yes! WE HAD TO MAKE THE BED!!!! Then on top of that, they didn’t give us a fitted sheet so we had to call back downstairs for that! Then they gave us Queen size sheets for a King size bed!!! We drove 8hrs

For this!!! My mothers private viewing is tomorrow, we got hear about 2030 We were tired and hungry and had to deal with this Really!!!! Would I recommend this to others????? What do you think??????

Dan Rozanski

Our reservations were booked for the Residence Inn back in March We were moved to this site three hours before the date of arrival on July21st Very, very short notification

In addition, The ice machine was broken, the front counter personnel were rude and complained about their jobs, we were not allocated the correct amount of towels during our stay and had to repeatedly ask for more, on our second day there And had to request more, the fold out couch did not have any sheets, blankets or pillows, the room smelled like a smokers lounge, the parking lot was dimly lit with several lights not working, the complementary breakfast was not properly supplied to service all of the guests…and this is not the entire list
