Very great location Convenient to the interstate and local interests Lobby is well laid out, the staff was incredibly friendly

The elevator was very slow and constantly made loud noise, basically hard to hear in the elevator The room was nice, but we had a view of the brick wall The air con seemed to struggle to maintain temp and low, very l low water pressure Otherwise, a pretty good stay

Moses Fernandez

This is my second time staying at this hotel And the gentleman working the front desk(Orlando) has exceeded my expectations The integrity and hospitality from this individual has gone a long way

Running into problems he stayed very composed and executed his solutions to those problems If this individual us not given more responsibilities within the company It is doing the brand a tremendous disservice

Alexandria Reeds

If I could give zero stars I wouldWe had to cancel our room last minute and the guy at the front desk said there was no cancelation fee Come to find out he charged my the ENTIRE stay anyways

The manager refused to give us our money back I will NEVER use this hotel They called my dad and my daughter a liar I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy and I would never stay here, even if it were free

Wow, that is definitely my reaction I was there in Saturday celebrating my wedding anniversary From the moment we walked in they were so nice

So caring, we forgot out toothbrush and they hooked us up We asked for extra blankets and they brought them up quick They even surprised us with a bottle of champagne 🍾! I was blown away with how amazing it all was We had a room with a balcony and the view was amazing The bed was so so sooo comfortable and the room was nice and big Our balcony had a little table and two chairs We sat out there Friday night and had coffee there Saturday morning They have free valet also They are fast with getting your car to you When checking out I really didn’t want to leave, she suggested we come back during the Christmas season and let me tell you I am definitely booking! If you have the chance to stay there you will not be disappointed, there are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance See you guys in a few months again!

This was our first stay at this property though we had shopped at the Southlake Town Square for over four years I decided a stay would be an excellent birthday gift for my lady! We were NOT disappointed! In spite of significant remodel construction, our stay was not disrupted by noise and the rooms are sound proofed extremely well such that no noise is heard from highway 114 nearby The hotel amenities are impeccable!

This has to be one of the top Hilton Hotels I have stayed in I am a Hilton Honors member so stay in them frequently and lately I have been disappointed with the Hilton brand This hotel has renewed my love for the Hilton chain

The hotel is clean and well kept and in a great area to walk to get to stores and restaurants Once I checked in, the concierge texted to ask about my room and if I needed anything I have not had that service in years They also offered waters and actually explained that you have to request the housekeeping to clean the room I can’t tell you how many Hilton hotels have not done that since COVID You find out after the fact usually, but these guys are on top of it I asked for directions to a few stores and they text me a map of the town center They also text to make sure my stay was still going great Hands down some of the best customer service I have had in quite a while from the Hilton grooup I particularly remember that Cameron and Stacy were exceptional at the front desk Hilton needs to model all their customer service after this hotel Very pleased

On its face, this is a nice Hilton property My poor rating is the result of the lack of cleanliness of the maids The property is well appointed with a great fitness room, pool, outdoor cooking area and modern rooms

The front desk gal was very niceI checked into my room and everywhere I turned was filth I moved the hassock near the couch, and there was garbage behind it The dishes in the dishwasher with a ‘I’m clean, use me sign’ on the front were not only dirty but absolutely filthy The counter was never wiped downThe property could’ve garnered a 4-5 star review if it had cleaned the room not just thoroughly but more appropriately, at all I’m currently one night into a five night stay and am shopping my other options in the areaThe cleaning service of a hotel is so important; you’re living in the same space as other humans with undetermined levels of cleanness If you’re to have a reputation of being a clean place, especially given the current era, you HAVE to keep your hotel clean

Jessica Stewart

I made a reservation with this hotel because of the incredible experience I had before, with the Home2 Suites in Northlake Texas I made a reservation to stay at this location for 3 nights due to me visiting Texas for Spring Break When I arrived in my room and I pulled the comforter back , I notice that there was hair all over the sheets

I went into the bathroom and the toilet was dirty and the bathroom sink also had hair in it The counter top and the table where the chair sits also was nasty The carpet looks like it had not been vacuumed before our arrival I called downstairs to let the front desk know that I needed more sheets because apparently my room was never cleaned So, me and my husband ended up cleaning and wiping down the room ourselves I spoke with Princess at the front desk who was really nice and she informed me that I could come downstairs to get a clean set of sheets Hours later when I went to pull out the sofa bed, to put my kids down for bed, there was hair weave all throughout the sheets This is totally unacceptable!! No one should pay their hard earned money to travel and stay somewhere that is completely filthy The hotel management need to have a meeting with their housekeeping staff, about how they should be cleaning the rooms and changing the bedding after each guest stay, because no one wants to arrive to a nasty room that wasn’t properly cleaned after the last guest I definitely would not be staying at this hotel again

Sharon Taylor

My daughter, granddaughter and I stayed for one night Let’s start with the positive Didn’t hear any noise while we were sleeping

The bed was very comfortable, except for the pillows It was very quiet The showerhead was amazing, and also the staff was extremely friendly! Now the negatives; our granddaughter had to sleep on the sofa bed, no sheets or blankets to be found so we had to go downstairs to get them Only 2 towels in the room for 3 people, had to go downstairs again Got in the shower, empty soap container When you pay over $16000 for a hotel, I expect these things to be there Room was a little dirty and pretty outdated “Hot” breakfast wasn’t impressive Only old eggs and waffle maker The only fruit was apples that had definitely seen their better days Would NOT stay there again

Michael Yeager

I very much enjoyed the staff The front desk people were always friendly and helpful The hot breakfast was a great start to the day

We were in a (2) double bed room and I hated the layout The vanity was wide open to the beds, the commode and tub were in an impossibly tight space like a cruise ship, and the closet was tiny with poor access The fits and finishes were that of a lower tier chain The rate through Expedia was high

Claire

Location and staff are great but I would take your money elsewhere First, the hotel is very old The room reeked of mildew and smoke even though it was a “smokeless” room

The bed was so old that it was indented in the middle from kids jumping on the bed The wall unit could not keep up with Texas summer I had it set to the lowest setting and it was constantly running but not cooling the room Then I noticed the previous person had wrapped the fire alarm with a trash bag When I brought this up to the front desk personnel, he said maintenance was gone for the day and he would address it the next day (I was checking out the next day…)

Jenny Terrazas

There was coacroaches in our room and in the hallways of the hotel I brought it up to the staffs attention and he didn’t seem very concerned Our room smelled musty and the restroom is tiny

Breakfast was a huge let down and the staff was extremely unfriendly I went to the front desk to ask for extra towels and they didnt have any clean ones One of elevators had an issue where it will close the doors you press the buttons and it wont go anywhere Your just stuck inside which is pretty scary Overall it was not a good experience For the almost $500 we payed I expected way better We will not be staying there again

We had a short stay for business We used the Drover facilities and stayed the nightThe service was excellent

The food provided for our meetings was delicious and had a great varietyMy room was small but comfortable The bathroom was clean and the brass, antique style shower was interesting and refreshingI’ll be back with family for a fun weekend Too many things within walking distance to name

Amber Morris

Staff was top notch The impeccable attention to detail with the decor was out of this world Every turn there is a surprise and if you keep looking, you’ll find more subtle touches of Americana and ode to the southwest

It smells delicious in the hotelOnly giving four stars because I feel like for the price of this hotel there should be in room dining and better coffee in the room It was really bad coffee and super cheap coffee fixings Have had better at CourtyardsThe pool seems kind of small for the size of the hotel as well, but it was really beautiful Would love to go back and experience this place in the winter with the firepit

Fred Peabody

The Hotel staff were friendly My room was large and clean Bed comfortable

Pool clean and well maintained Everything you could hope for The dining was the worst mess of disorganization I’ve ever seen They opened at 7AM, but were not ready and unable to serve the people expecting to eat So, on short notice, they announced that Saturday, they’d not open until 8AM People showing up at 830 were told to return in a few hours for breakfast They didn’t seem concerned of the inconvenience this caused I’ve had better breakfast service in a Comfort Inn, Holiday Inn or others So, if I have to seek out a meal at another place, I might as well stay at another clean, comfortable, cheaper hotel, then go to a real restaurant Coffee isn’t available in the Lobby, but $5 a cup at the restaurant Breakfast for a light eater can easily top $25

Friendly staff and clean, comfortable room Nice, clean outdoor pool and firepit sitting area Location is great, being on very edge of stockyards, less than 2 blocks from the middle of everything, so driving isn’t necessary

However, they are Valet only, charging $20 when they just park the car outside maybe 50 feet from the entrance Breakfast not included, but there are worthy options nearby

Michael Henry

Had a room booked for 3 months in advance When I showed up to check in, they told me my reservation had been cancelled I was left with nothing and it basically ruined our weekend getaway

Turns out they cancelled my room because I had booked at a lower rate in advance and when the hotel discovered a popular concert was being held near by they cancelled my room and sold it to someone else for a higher rate They didn’t even bother to tell me until I showed up expecting to have a place to stay Very heartless folks

oren sh

A good shower is what I care for and I couldn’t get one here I’m very loyal to the Marriott brand, I’m staying at least 60 nice every year and I try to stay with Merit whenever I can This time I regretted it

the showers have a white walls that are stained, and the water pressure is unacceptable low You can’t take a shower with such a low pressure I’ll recommend y’all try Somewhere else

Stayed here a few years back and fell in love with the grounds but not as much as we fell in love with Martha & Richard They are both amazing and make you feel at home It is the place I proposed to my fiancé and the place we got married

Cant say enough about this Bed and BreakfastActually I guess I can, the breakfast here is amazing Cant wait to come back for our anniversary later this year!

noralee.

Celebrated our engagement here recently We stayed in the Lily of the Valley room which was amazing Martha gave us a quick tour of the grounds and showed us how everything worked in the room

It was a seamless stay I also appreciated the fans going when we arrived — the room stayed nice and cool! We accidentally slept in (seriously best beds ever!) too late for breakfast which we regretted, but it’ll be all the more reason to go back soon!

Ingrith Aguayo

I highly recommend this B&B!I do not even know where to start but I booked a room to get away from home and celebrate my husbands birthday! Martha, the owner made sure she received us and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stayWhen I arrived in the room, some champagne and homemade cookies where waiting for us! Martha is a super host! The jacuzzi was super big, and complementary toiletries were provided! The B&B has a nice station for drinks and emergency kit!The house is super big and the garden is beautiful with a gazebo and many other places around the house to just sit and relax! The breakfast was amazing! Homemade food is the best!I just truly enjoyed the stay and appreciated the owners taking care of us!This is a must stay!

Very clean, fun bright colors… the rooms have a dorm type look with a desk and lots of places to store stuff The beds are comfortable I would definitely recommend

I think they are going for a young/hip vibe, but technically anyone can stay right? And just because it was an issue at the last hotel I stayed at… no funny air freshener smell Yay! Also, the sheets were soft

Wendy Lehman

Great hotel, the atmosphere was great, i liked that if you have the app and can unlock your door from that Room and bathroom was clean and updated Loved that it was just a shower, didn’t have to step in

Bed was comfortableLocation is nice, right off the highway Not in a scary location Wish the TV had a guide and the soft drinks weren’t so expensive Those 2 things are the reason why I gave it 4 stars

Booked a King Bed room two weeks in advance at $21612 with taxes for Saturday & Sunday with check out on Monday I arrived to be told that I needed to pay $330

89 After I showed my confirmation email it went down to $29887 They were not able to explain the additional charge and told me that reservations changed the rate after I booked the room I am a Diamond member with Wyndham so I immediately called them I was transferred four times and hung up on once The call took 2 hours, I sat in the lobby for two hours without assistance from the GM who could have manually adjusted the rate upon my check in The front desk clerk – Liz was quick to understand the error and discuss it with the GM & Customer Care and Reservations This location charged my card $15000 at 2 pm and check in is not available until 3 pm Then I was told they have a deposit on top of the taxes They ended up canceling my reservation and creating a new reservation for one night and asked me to extend my stay for the next day I made it into a room three hours after I arrived at the hotel The room had hair in the bed, a dirty shower and the bathroom had water damage to the sheet rock as well as damage to the bottom of the bathroom doors I attached pictures as proof I will no longer go to any Wyndham properties after this experience, they lost a Diamond customer

Bernice Boateng

I should have read the reviews because now I realize that this is a pattern They are thieves The manager is extremely rude

I booked the hotel for four nights and paid $36106 then another $50 that I didn’t understand when i got to the hotel I came from Connecticut to find an apartment in Forth Worth, i thought it was going to take days to get it but i got it on the second day so I decided to check out I asked them if they would refund and the answer was YES! If they had said no i would have stayed for the entire 4 nights Now i pack up and go to the front desk, the manager comes up and instead of crediting my account with $18370 he debits me instead of $18370 I realized it when i got to my apartment So now you owe me my refund plus the debit you just made I honestly thought it was an unintentional mistake until i called the hotel and spoke with the manager This guy was extremely rude and eventually told me to take it up with my bank I haven’t gotten my refund back or the second debit he made I’ve been back to the hotel twice and all effort to get back my money has proved futile If you would not refund the money then at least give me back my money that you claim you mistakenly debited I need help in getting my money back These people shouldn’t be allowed to do this to people

Jose Ignacio

I was in this hotel in room 226 in March The hotel seems nice (not very clean though) and they are renovating some areas They charge you a $50 deposit upon checking in, but what they don’t tell you is that theere are bedbugs in the room

I can accept almost anything but bedbugs They are disgusting and you can carry them back home in your luggage without noticing When I told the front desk about it, they didn’t seem really surprised They didn’t offer any compensation or solution other than a “sorry about that” I don’t care how clean or renovated a hotel seems if it has a bedbugs problem Check the beds upon entering the room

10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! I have managed for hotels for over 10 years and never write reviews! However, I can honestly say I have never seen a more disgusting property! Not only is the staff unprofessional anddisrespectful but the management staff, including the GM, are never there! I’ve had multiple different events and given multiple opportunities to this property but after constant unknown charges, stealing, and uncleanliness I wanna make sure no one ever has to deal with a property like this!

Verna Serra

Jillian on the events team was fantastic Our box was delivered late and she went the extra mile to deliver it to us (outside of the hotel) after our event was overThe front desk staff was pretty nice

A couple less than impressive things:1 The hotel didn’t seem overly booked and they put me in a room with a flood light beaming into the window all night long2 The bartender was unfriendly, unwelcoming and unhelpful

All things being equal, this place was quite nice The front-desk staff were very welcoming The property was well kept

The hotel is connected to a conference center which has some drawbacks There was a private event Friday night that took over the second floor of the lobby, which took away the comfy seating and the balcony/fireplace area Saturday night there was a political rally that made parking a little challenging, but manageable On week days, breakfast is made to order and reasonable for the price; however, on the weekends everything is premade and the quality suffers (cracked eggs vs school quality liquid egg product) The pool and spa are open 24hrs a day which is nice and not seen in many places The room had signs of a little wear and tear but everything was functional and the beds were comfortable

ITravelElite

Like I wrote earlier Hilton USA management killed the Hilton brand with severe cuts in cleaning and their ruined their Elite Diamond member program in the USA I have a weak for this hotel

They are doing their best in the forced cuts from Hilton Management idiots Their own customer service is good and our room was clean The breakfast with eggs is about 9 dollar We used the hotel for the great location between Dallas and Fort Worth In the evening the have a nice patio What I dont like that smoking allowed Like I said Hilton Garden Inn was a Yes for business and families with a great service This is one of the last one standing in the USA (The have a nice inside pool)

Tierra Wilson

This is our second time back With that being said our interactions with staff are always a pleasure We had problems with the air conditioner in our room, and Linda I believe her name was took great care of us to make sure we were comfortable during our stay

Beds are comfy and the area is quietMy reason for 4 stars is due to the lack of detail within housekeeping There was some hair left behind within both units we stayed in and some stains within the showers and floor grout Breakfast wasn’t as well put together as our last stay Seems as if everything wasn’t out yet (went within the first hour)

We come up to the FtWorth/ Mid-Cities area quite often This was by far the cleanest Hilton in which we had stayed

I was very impressed with the size of the 2 room suite, with dishes, dishwasher, large refrigerator, even a kitchen table very nice! The beds were very nice and comfortable The rugs and floor were very clean The bathroom was spotlessThe associates were extremely helpful, they even went out of their way to find a luggage cart for us even though we arrived at 1AMI was very impressed and I Highly Recommend this hotel!

brandover

My home had a water heater issue so my partner and I stayed at this hotel for three nights The room was very modern and had a great layout It included a small kitchen and living room

The bed was comfy and room was clean The complimentary breakfast was nice The reason for my low rating is be cause I was put in a room beside the ice machine and storage room I woke up early every morning hearing sounds like someone was entering my room because we were too close to the room I spoke to a couple front desk agents while there and requested cleaning or towels during my stay One said towels would be delivered while we were out but that didn’t happened One said they don’t service room on Sundays because of check outs I ended up going down for some towels and were given two damp towels We received a random knock on our door by a man who apparently worked at the hotel holding a can of big spray He was sent to our room by mistake when another room mentioned having ants The stay was average and seemed like this hotel is not ready for guests

s s

One of the best stays we’ve had at Hilton! Kay at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and took good care of us Housekeeping did a great job at making sure our room was spotless The gentleman that worked night shift was quick to respond if we needed anything

We will definitely be back because the employees made the whole trip perfect!

The staff is friendly and the hotel room itself is nice and cleanThe cons:Elevators smell like old toilet water inside a nursing home It’s very unpleasant

The vending machines are sad Nearly empty snack machine and the good drinks in the soda machine were sold outOther than that I had a quiet stay, but I doubt I’d stay here again

The gentleman that checked us into the hotel tonight was extremely rude When my family walked into the hotel room the gentlemen didn’t speak I had to speak to him which okay I understand not everyone has been taught customer service but working in hospitality you would think one has been trained on it My rooms were paid for via credit card however the gentlemen said only one night was showing paid for I was showing the entire weekend charged

I’ve never booked rooms and only paid for one night upfront and pay the rest when you get there! Since when is that a thing? and again I have an email showing when it was charged and for the total amount He then refunded my credit card and charged my debit card for the total I also specifically requested adjoined rooms and was told I couldn’t have them when I got there It was my husband three kids and so and while it was okay to separate us we shouldn’t have had to We haven’t even laid our heads down for the night and I am highly upset and annoyed with this hotel and will not return nor recommend

Again best hotel I’ve stayed at, not just dallas/fort worth, but even counting all the states I travel to These guys are reliable, hardworking, fair, dependable Clean rooms, always perfect

0 complaints I switched from choice hotels and wydman, giving up my diamond member status in both to stay at Marriott hotels and although I find them all phenomenal, this one is literally outstanding The front desk staff morning and night are respectable and even the cleaning and alternative staff will great you Thank you for the stay
